cool.gif Hey; what's up. I'm Eric, and I'm a long-time Trek fan. I grew up on TOS reruns in the 70's, and have closely followed each of the subsequent series & films as they've aired. My favorite: DS9. Least favorite: Voyager.

I've been an on-again, off-again collector of Trek action figures and ships over the years, but I guess my biggest niche of collecting fandom is Trek model kits. I've built in several scales, but my favorite is 1:2500. There's actually quite a wide variety of kits in this scale, covering everything from pre-TOS to post TNG. A few are mass-produced styrene kits, but most are resin kits produced by fellow fans. Currently, I'm scratch-building a styrene-based model of the 2009 movie Enterprise.

I'm glad to be here, and I look forward to learning my way around the forum. smile.gif

Thanks for the welcome! I have a resin 1/2500 Nova Class waiting on the shelf myself! Can't decide whether to build it as the Equinox or the Rhode Island variant. smile.gif
