Hello

Just a few lines to let you know a bit about me and my long interest in Star Trek.

My real name is Stephen, I am 54 and I like to collect & customise the Art Asylum figures.

I recently purchased the Diamond select "Kirk & Khan" fight scene Diorama, now I can use the console to create other workstations.

I have collected most of the "STOS" characters and the Prequel "Enterprise"  sadly never got into the Next Gen or DS9 or Voyager.

Many thanks Worf22, I have watched both these series but they just never peaked my interest as much as the Original series.
ie I loved the series just did not want to collect the merchandise/figures.

Hello to you all!
My name is Darren and I am in the South West UK. I discovered scratch build modelling about two years ago and since then, I have been pretty much unstoppable lol!
My preferred scale is 1/10 scale, my favourite series is Star Trek and I absolutely love the AA/DST figures so I was blown away to discover this site!!!
Currently I am building a screen accurate TOS Enterprise bridge for my AA/DST Figures but I am having issues with the lighting, that are slowly being overcome. In the meantime, to fill the gap, I have started constructing the NX-01 Bridge in the same scale. Although I like the Broken Bow Deluxe pieces, if am seeing a lot of inaccuracies in them and so I will probably eventually replace them with my own builds, but for now, I am concentrating on building Travis Mayweather's helm station and base. I don't know if build threads are allowed here or where to even post them so I will hold off until someone sets me straight on that :)
Anyway, it's great to be here and I am in awe of some of the workmanship and skills on display!

Best wishes,
Darren

Build threads are encouraged! We'd be delighted to see your work.

It's a little nebulous where Custom Playsets go, but the consensus appears to be the Custom Ships subforum.

Welcome to the forum, both of you! Don't take Worf's all-caps to heart, he just hasn't had his prune juice today.
