Thanks. But reading the plaque tells me this is not what we'll get. This is an original one. And the transparent one is just a cast of the original. So we still don't know what the MR version is going to be like.

Yeah, I was thinking that too as I was trying to download the pictures, wasn't sure though. Hopefully, we will get more pictures at SDCC in a few months.

Have we heard any more news on the MR tricorder? I tried to google it but am coming up empty handed.

On a side note, I really hope we see a Voyager Endgame tricorder.

That's DEFINITELY not the reason.

I think one of the reasons is volume. Those FX sabers, even compared with the other MR sabers, must be made in much greater numbers. Just at my local mall, there's at least three stores that have carried them, including Borders.

To confirm this, last night an MR rep appeared on the Home Shopping Network's Star Wars special. He said that they have sold over one million FX sabers.

(I just bought my third. ohmy.gif )

Those sabers are so much fun.
I have the,
Anakin ROTS version
Darth Vader version
ROTJ Luke Skywalker version.

Great product for a great price..can't complain.

I've got
  • ROTJ Luke (my first)
  • ROTS Mace Windu ($50, couldn't resist)
  • ROTS Obi-Wan (the newest, in transit now)
If I was to get one more, though I really shouldn't, it'd be Vader. Which Vader do you have, GL?

Star Wars is over played in my opinion, extremely so, but those sabers are alot of fun. Getting whacked in the face with them, however, not so fun. First hand experience on that one.

How did I miss this?
Anyways, I wasn't aware there were multiple versions of the Darth Vader saber. The box just says
Darth Vader Force FX Lightsaber. It looks like the one he carried in ROTJ.

I was just thinking that we now have a MR dealer on the forum

http://www.trektoy.c...hp?showuser=465

Send him your questions. I have ordered from him and he has always done me very right.
