I been telling myself no forever on the AA/DST stuff. Well except for the minimates. But anyway those are so cool it's going to be hard for me to pass on them again. But I made a promise to myself about only collecting 3 3/4 figures. But AA/DST is making it hard with this rerelease.

TRU has them listed for pre-orders... I placed one there for a set... we'll see if they come through!

That annoys me!
I made myself a Cage Spock, thinking there was no way that they were going to release one, and what do they do, RELEASE ONE.
I used LoT's idea that he did on a WNMHGB Spock, but figured that I could use the blue from the original figure instead.

Well I am still going to get one, or two and make another one... Damn DST.

The more I see the Spock, the more I prefer they didn't release it like this. The only accurate thing is the uniform color...

Damn,
Tru Iems are always difficult to get when living overseas (Netherlands).
As TRU don't ship international.
Always have to search for them on Ebay and pay double prices and lot's of shipping.

Is it possible to get TRU AA releases for normal prices?

Other specials f.e from Amazon are the same problem.

As an addicted collector, I must have every figure, all variants and special ones.

I know the feeling, TRU items are near impossible to find over here fortunately some board members can lend a helping hand, other times its just sigh it and pay the hefty ebay prices and insane shipping amounts.
Gone are the days the exclusives where easily obtainable over here!

If the companies like TRU and Amazon only just want to change their shipping policies, it would be helpfull

I'll just found on Ebay a rerealese spock, for 16,99 an $15 for shipping,

paid about $ 90 for the grey phaser and TMP tru 2-pack including shipping.

Timeless geordi sells for over $ 50 or higher on ebay ex shipping, insane prices.

Sometimes it costs too much, maybe stop collecting, but for me it's not an option, as i want to keep the collection complete.

and the wave 2 of tru exclusives are coming soon, pfff
Also the playmates 12" Sulu and Pike tru exclusives, aarghhhh
amazon's exclusive kirk in chair
and the bagged lt Sulu Blu-ray exclusive,

I thought just the Dress uni Kirk was a TRU exclusive... the rest I think any retailer can pick up.

Yeah, with Wave 1 The re-release Kirk and Spock were available from multiple outlets, as I assume the Cage Spock and Re-release McCoy will be. I too was under the impression that Kirk in Dress Uniform was the TRU exclusive.

The confusion about this is coming from the Toys R Us item page, where both Kirk & Spock have the "R Exclusive" emblem displayed prominently above the item picture. http://www.toysrus.c...oductId=3495265
I preordered both from them, just to be sure...never know! But yes, on the AA page only the photo of the Kirk in package had the embossed exclusive sticker on it.

Just to let everyone know, toysrus.com e-mailed me last night to say they are now processing my order for these. They are also now in stock on their site...

Yep, I just got my shipping notice for Spock. I passed on the other two since they are supposedly just repacks.

Nice to see DST actually getting SOME kind of ST product out while the movie is still out! Now that the ships are a month away, the TWOK phaser is July (at least) and the Borg figures are MIA.

TRU has started shipping action figures in bubble envelopes these days instead of boxes. I hope this arrives in good shape!

Is that Cage Spock head a slight re-sculpt? It looks different than the previous ones.

I am pretty sure its the same head sculpt as the AA Spock. The paint job may be a little different, but same head sculpt i think.

I ordered several Cage Spocks from TRU.com, hopefully they will arrive in good shape, the last couple of orders i made with TRU looked kinda rough when they got to me. The mailer box was fine, just scuffed up, banged up packages inside. I prefer to go to the store and pick out my own, but who knows when we will ever see them in the stores? If ever? I dont think my local TRU ever got any of the other Kirk and Spock singles in either.

I ordered a couple of those too VF.

The TRU in Wilmington did get the 1st wave, but if they got 2 cases I'd be surprised.

I'm sure they will get some of these, but it'll be long after you get yours from tru.com!

Hey Goth, i checked there today, they had a truck in, but had no idea when they would get any of these figures in, but they knew there was none on todays truck. Apparently they get a truck in every friday. They said that whatever they get in on a truck on friday should be out between 10am and noon that same day.

I looked at my order online and it says the figures are in the warehouse. I dunno if this means they are actually there or they are just in order limbo.
