Introducing #NECA's new Star Trek #Klingon Bat'leth Foam Prop Replica! Add extra authenticity to your costume with this soft foam replica of the most honorable weapon of all.

Modeled on an actual prop used on screen in Star Trek: The Next Generation, the foam construction makes it perfectly safe — yet the detailed paint deco is so realistic you may mistake it for a lock of #Kahless’ own hair dipped in lava and twisted into a weapon to make empires tremble.

Measures a massive 4 feet long. Starts shipping to retailers in March of 2016!

NECA?! Amazing news, and that Bat'leth looks lovely!

EDIT: Here's the announcement, together with some other photos:

I have a soft foam replica tomahawk from Assassin's Creed III (video game), so if this is anything like that, and isn't too costly, I'd be insanely tempted to get it.

That looks cool. Here's hoping this leads to them making figures too.

$49.99. Not a bad price, I may consider it.

I had no idea they even had a Trek license.  Lets hope they make some figures.  Im sure all of us will be in the poor house if they do.

They've been making these little plastic ships for a while now; longer than Eaglemoss has been.

CBS have done a great job in merchandising the classic Star Trek series (Prime Timeline series)
