Sorry to dig this up, I may have mentioned this elsewhere, but I was looking through my figures (I have an Excel spreadsheet to keep up with them), and I found out my DS9 Worf has a nice number on his foot:
11,701
Close enough for me!

Just to throw my hat into the ring - I have #000028 Thomas Riker (the TNG version - not the one in the DS9 uniform)
As far as I understand, the earlier waves were produced in higher numbers according to Jim Garber of Playmates, while later on (like when the warp factor series was produced) they were all lower production runs across the board.
I guess this can be evidenced by what you sometimes see on the secondary market - so many TNG wave 1 and 2 figures while far fewer from the later series.

I've had a look at my Tom, 1,731 is his number.
Nearly 500,000 Geordi's and Picard's going around, certainly adds up when you look at what's for sale, well, anywhere I've been!
The only one that doesn't fit the pattern is an Intendant Kira I got last month, it's badly blurred but it appears to be 47,470. Such an oddly high number, particularly for a rare figure.
Some of my other rare figure numbers:
DS9 uniform Crusher: 102
"Redemption" Data: 996
TNG Sisko: 2,649

That's a very low Garak!
My camera's dead till the weekend, but I'll have a look at taking a photo. My guess is that it's 4,747, or 7,740. Thanks for the info as always BadBunnyMike!
