It really would be nice if the employees at TRU actually knew something about the business they are working in. Usually they do good to even know when the next truck is coming in, so dont expect them to know what Star Trek is,"Oh thats the movie with Yoda in it".

LOL isn't that the truth!

It wont be as good as what |J does but I think a BSG checklist is in order so with JMWs permission Id like to copy it to a new thread and pin it to the top of the page. What do you say JMW?

I saw the BSG figures at my TRU and i thought they look really neat but i really dont think i want to start another DST figure collection with all of the Star Trek stuff coming out. Its all i can do to keep up with that. I really like Stargate figures too, but i just dont want to branch out into too many lines. Too many toys, not enough money or space to go around.

I know what you mean VF, but I broke down and started picking up the BSG figures. I picked Apollo up yesterday while making an otherwise useless trip to TRU.

I've been checking one local TRU for a couple weeks now with no luck, when it finally dawned on me there's another one not too far from here. I hit it yesterday, and found the exclusive Apollo, two Starbucks, and a whole lotta Trek. I took the Apollo and a Starbuck off their hands, and asked an employee restocking some Star Wars stuff if they had any more BSG. He checked for me and said they didn't, but said I might try back this coming Friday, when they're getting a new truck in. I was really impressed- he'd seen the show and knew what I was talking about. Makes a nice change from the employees who just roll their eyes at me.
