Seeing as how Playmates announced that they would be doing TOS 3 3/4" figures and dioramas I thought it would be fun to start a wish list of must have figures for this line. Or Just figures that you would like to see. I know we don't have much to go on yet but what characters would you like to see in this new line? Now this should be a fun topic for wish lists and ideas. Not one for complaining about the current or past Playmates figures. Or your distaste for 3 3/4" figures.

Of course I want to see:
Kirk
Spock
McCoy
Scotty
Sulu
Checkov
Uhura
Rand
Chapel

But in this scale we could see many other figures as well. Here are some I would like to see:

Commodore Matt Decker
Mugato
Kang
Koloth
Kor
Trelane
Harry Mudd
Captain Pike
Sarek
Romulan Commander (Male)
Romulan Commander (female)
Romulan Centurion
Khan
Finnegan
Kyle
Riley
Roger Corby
Gorn
Lazarus
Kras (Klingon)
Akaar
Eleen
Tyree of the Hill People
Nona
Commodore Wesley
Dr. Richard Daystrom
Gary Seven
Miramanee

And of course there are a few variants of the main cast I would like to see.

Kirk Causal Duty (Green shirt)
Kirk Battle Ravaged
Kirk (German Soldier)
Kirk (Space Suit)
Kirk (Pilot)
Kirk (Dress Uniform)
Kirk (Hill People Disguise)

Spock (Space Suit)
Spock (Pilot)
Spock (German Soldier)
Spock (Spocks Brain)
Spock (Dress Uniform)

McCoy (Dress Uniform)
McCoy (Scrubs)
McCoy (Hill People Disguise)
McCoy (German Soldier)

Scotty (Dress Uniform)
Scotty (Pilot)

Uhura (Yellow uniform)

Mirror Cast

Or just go to the CONTACT US tab at playmatestoys.com - Paula Billingsley is usually very prompt about getting back in touch.

I hope we will see figures from all the other shows too, but for TOS we must have:

1. Sarek and Amanda (Journey to Babel)
2. Kirk and Spock- And any other characters they want to throw our way from ( Mirror, Mirror )
3. Kirk and Spock with the Guardian of Forever/ and a two pack with McCoy and Edith Keeler (City on the Edge of Forever)
4. Figures from (The Cage and The Menagerie)
5. Figures from (Where No Man Has Gone Before)
6. I definately hope for a two pack with Redjac and Scotty from (Wolf in the Fold)
7. I'd also like Sylvia and Korob from (Catspaw)
8. Kirk and Spock with a Horta (Devil in the Dark)
9. Gary Seven and Roberta Lincoln ( Assignment Earth)
10. Characters from (The Trouble With Tribbles)

....and I could go on and on. You get the idea I just want to see a lot of aliens and interesting characters!!

Those are a great ideas. I wouldn't mind seeing Kirk and Spock in civilian attire from this episode as well.

No one will touch any thing having to do with COTEF for fear of having to pay the writer reparations that he feels he is still due after all these years .

He let Playmates do some of these figures before and Halmark did an ornament a couple of years back. So maybe they'll be able to go there again...With a little luck and maybe a little cash slipped to the right person! wink.gif Hmmm....maybe I oughta look into changing my avatar so I don't get any wrath from Ellison!

How about some villains? Maybe even some generic Klingons and Romulans, so the 09 crew has some people to fight!

If playmates is going to make TOS figures, then we must have a TOS Bridge this time around. The Bridge they planned last time was so sweet... we really need to get one this time. Figures that i want are:

Kirk,Spock,McCoy,Scotty,Uhura,Sulu,Chekov,Rand,Chapel in TOS Uniforms with a variant of Kirk in Casual attire,McCoy in Sickbay smock.
Dress Uniformed Kirk,Spock,McCoy and Scotty.
Cage Pike, White Vina,Green Vina,Spock,Number one,Talosian
Sarek,Amanda,Shras the Andorian
Kor,Kang,Koloth
Kirk and Spock POTA
Kirk, Wide eyed McCoy, and Spock COTEOF with Edith Keeler
Patterns of Force Kirk, Spock and McCoy
Mirror/Mirror crew

TWOK Crew,and Khan
STSFS crew in civilian clothes and Kruge and Maltz, David and Saavik, Spock in Robes

Has there been anything said about whether they will produce TOS movie figures? Or is it just the TOS series?

Tellarites
Andorians
Klingons
Romulans
Gorn

Those disembodied brains from "Gamesters of Triskelion" - Some thralls would be nice too!

My only wish for the figures in this line is that they have better paint apps than the new movie stuff. If they can deliver that, then life will be perfect. If not, then life is just sweet cause we are getting more Trek!

I want every episode and every character ever depicted on TOS represented. Wait a minute......I don't have that kind of money. Boy it would be nice though for this old time TOS fan.

I'm wishing the figures will have the display bases like the ones that came with the movie figures. Have the plastic clip on the back so you can clip it to your button hole, pocket or hat band etc. Of course based on the TOS versions. Have each one designate the division. Scotty/Uhura Engineering, Spock/McCoy Science. Kirk, Sulu and Chekov Command.
