^^You know Appollo's figure makes him look more like Bashir!

It is not the best sculpt to com3e out of this line but I honestly dont see the Bashir likeness at all. I am glad that the production version of Helo came out better.

Speaking of Helo, it looks like he is in wave 2 as well.

Also, the resin viper could be out in February at around $100-$120

I saw the same picture at another website and under it it said "Cylon is not actual product". I think they just shrunk down the 12" version and stuck it in there untill they have a prototype of the real thing made.

Well to me the sculpts for both of these characters look a lot alike. However in REAL life I don't think the actors look that much alike

...and the packaging is revelaed in DST's latest Radical Confidential. smile.gif

It looks really good, they cut the corners and everything. Chuck wasn't kidding about few accessories, although I can't think of anything Six could come with.

I like the look of those packages. I am not one to ever care what the package looks like beucase it usualy ends up in the trash within minutes of me opening them but those looks nice. If I were an MIP'er I would be very excited by these. Now if we can just get them without any more delays.

Well, wave 2 has pretty much finally been revealed on various retailer sites. There are no pics, but apparrently Deck Uniform Lee will be joining the wave. The listings for Helo in blue uniform are referred to as Deck uniform also. So, Lee in blues should be coming. smile.gif Also, the figures of Boomer and D'Anna that were shown at SDCC are now being listed as a two pack. This finally solves that cryptic message from DST about wave 2:
a Cylon- Centurion
a drug runner- Kat
a Cylon-lover- Helo
a prophet- Starbuck
a wife- Dee
a witch- Cain
a wingman- Lee

Michael Crawford put up his early review of Apollo, Hot Dog, Red Dress Six, and Caprica Six. smile.gif

I have to say Hot Dog looks the best of all of them, very realistic. Overall, though, especially that last photoo of all four they have great body sculpts and look human. I'll reserve final judgement on Lee until I get him since the SG-1 Mitchell figure looked much better in person than in photos.

I think the added articulatio really makes these figures. The early stargate lines suffered because their legs could not move. I cant wait till we get the deck uniformed figures!

Have to say I'm pretty impressed. Faces are usual DST effort, but the body sculpts & articulation really are awesome.

The hip joints, which seem to be the same as the Dr. Who line, are nice. They aren't as attractive as the Star Trek figures, but I don't care...they can move!

I don't like that stubble stuff on my boy Apollo....hopefully it will look better on the occasional figure....knowing DST, that would be the case.

Hotdog looks the best. Lee would look good if not for the stubble & Six brings up the rear, though I don't mind the look of her either. I'm sure the camera points out more of their facial flaws than one would see in person.

Can't wait to get my hands on these.

I received my Tyrol figure today and I have to say that while I think it was a great effort over all, the face is way off.

Well I got my BSG figures and am extremely happy with them. They look great. So far I havnt had any trouble with the gloved hands. I actualy heated up the wrists with a little warm water before putting them in. I personaly think this is one of DST's better efforts and cant wait for series 2. I thought SGA was great but I think these are better. The only one I dont like is Anders. They made him way to big and muscular and his face is very off. I will take some pics and put them up later. IMO these are just awesome figures.
