I recently picked one up that was on the card but the bubble was busted and I had to tape part of it. I paid $20 was I ripped of or is that the standard price for speckle face data on card or off? I know most galoobs go for about $8-$10 on card but I knew the speckled face data was harder to find and so I jumped on the $20 since there was another guy eye balling it while I was standing there

I want to try to get all the variants. I may have to start over since I like mint on card stuff though and the spotted face one I have has a busted bubble

I'm intrigued guys! Are these Data variants down to naff manufacture, because I can't for the life of me figure out which TNG episode had a spotty Data!

I guess if there are any sailors on the site they might understand my reference to a salty night ashore leading to "freckles" wink.gif Otherwise, I'm stumped and my enquiring mind needs to know!

Here is the one I have a available. He has a slight dent in the very top of the bubble by his head.

That's not all that I have. It's just been forever since I added anything to that page. Guess I need to get back to it.

Are those Data variants released on all card types?
I know there where 3 different card versions of the series 1 release.

So with the 3 card variants and 4 different Data faces, you can collect 12 times the data figure

1. Flat Surface plastic blister/ bubble
2. Intended design plastic blister/ bubble
3. Canada bi-langual cards (with if I'm right "Intedended design plastic blister/ bubble)

I doubt it as they only made so many of each on there way to get the color right. That is why there is so limited amount of each of those variations. Once they got the color right, they made tons of them.

Hi guys,
Even though these are old posts, its interesting for me as a newbie to read them and recall past experiences. Years ago there used to be a really good yearly toy show in nearby Ogden, Ut., and myself and a buddy used to split a sellers booth at the show. He was into Star Wars, and I was into Trek. Well one Sunday as we were packing up our stuff near the end of the show, and another seller came by and offered me a excellent condition package blue Data in trade for a Playmates "Return to Grace" VHS Worf figure. I wasn't really collecting the Galoob figures at the time, but knew the blue Data was a tough find, so I agreed and we made a trade. Looking back on it, I'm really glad that I did now! Fred K.
