Maybe it's a Insurrection Picard and (beardless) Riker 2 pack. Riker is a simple head swap and they only need to toole a new torso and shoulder joints for Picard to create a regular movie uniform.

If they were to go that route I would prefer they jsut use Data's body and tool a new head for Picard. That way we would at least have one in scale Picard.

Personaly I would like it to be the season 1 DS9 figures.

Rick just posted this in another thread...."the one we are getting is just a slight variation, but should appeal to many...stay tuned for details"...

So it looks like we are getting more klingons?! The only other klingons that I can think of that use the existing parts are DS9 klingon variants (sisko/obrien) or possibly a Klingon old guard with Kor, Koloth, Kang. I initially thought it as going to be a repaint but im not so sure anymore. Maybe im also reading ricks statement completely wrong too!

Ah but Andy, he didn't say it was a slight variation on the Klingons ... just a slight variation. Could mean anything. biggrin.gif

Did he say it was a Klingon 2 pack. I though he said it was a slight variation, but I didn't see a slight variation of a klingon pack.

All Rick said was that it was a slight variation of figures. He did not say it was the Klingons. I am seeing slight variation as something like 2 figures that we already have but painted a little different. For example Riker and Worf but with a lighter (correct) shade of red for the undershirts. This is just an example not a suggestion. There are several episodes that could have simple repaints that make other versions of figures.

hello all...
unfortunately, my statement about "slight variation" refers only to the 2 pack, not to any specific thread... I can say that no klingons were involved in the making of this variant

The sisters!!!!!!!! Too bad they were harmed, would have been cool too see them creep up in another movie! Since the TNG movies didnt do all that well I guess it was good that they went out with a bang! Hehe, sorry couldn't resist that joke.

I think Rick has indicated that there are no Klingons in his exclusive.
I bring you this idea, although the second figure is not really likely, the first is a definate.
Kirk and Saavik II from STIII, since the Klingons are STIII... I couldnt think of an other pairing for Kirk, and would love a Kirsty Saavik.

Ya, I read that all too fast. Its probably a ST3 Kirk and Spock 2 pack. I just got done making a ST3 Kirk. I know the 23rd century garb is about as fantastic as some fans views of this movie, but hell I liked it...and well quite honestly I couldn't resist making that Kirk after seeing the announcement for Kruge and Maltz. Kirk never fought him in the admirals uniform....so, it seemed logical.

I liked the civilian clothing too. ST3 is also my favorite Trek movie, so any and all variants from the film are welcome in my book.

Well, I'm hoping for a Regula-1 McCoy and ST3 Kirk!

Those are basically two really easy figures that require no additional tooling!

I'd get that two pack!

Would a ST3 Kirk not require a retool of his jacket, as he didn't wear his uniform when they went to Genesis? I'm still really hoping for a DS9 2 paack.

You are absolutely correct DS9_Fan! I wrote one thing but was thinking another!

An ST5 Kirk is what I was thinking.

I also wouldn't mind a ST6 Capt Sulu.
