Anyone hear of the Stargate brick toys by Best Lock?  Anyone see them in stores?

I've seen them available at Amazon and other online stores, but the quality seems really bad judging by the user ratings and comments. The parts won't fit, come apart and there are even some parts missing regularly. So no doubt you will have to glue some parts together in order to get the complete model stay put. But the huge benefit is the low price and of course, Stargate models!

Someone I work with has the Daedalus, it actually seems decent from handling it, not Lego quality but it felt solid.

Tiberius here on this board actually helped me get the "Daedalus"...it is fairly good...but as far as bricks go, Lego, Megablocks, Kre-o, are definitely molded better.... the other models like the gliders and the darts have had loose holes/rods.

I've seen the Wraith Dart at Family Dollar, and Battle Over Abydos at Big Lots locally. I've been tempted to pick them up, but haven't yet.

Curiosity got the best of me shortly after my last reply. I forgot to post this before now. In case you're wondering, that figure is supposed to be Col. O'Neill.
