PLEASE be very careful with your monitors on your Captain chairs!! Mine broke today with no effort whatsoever. I am going to have to drill the hole out to salvage it, or I might seek a replacement and make a custom MM chair.

Are you talking about the snakey, War of the Worlds thing? I thought mine was broken too, but if you look it is desigend to pop off and fit in the slot a specific way. Mine was flat on one side as was the hole and it slid right in. Check it out before you drill.

Yes, that's the one. It broke off at the stem. The hole is not open, so my only thought is that it broke.

Well maybe mine was broken too and I just got lucky. Sorry to hear about it though ... I hate getting something new only to have it break.
