i still have to do the arms. does any one know how to remove them? and i think the pants are OD green uniform pants not black.

I don't know if this is what you meant ...but I always put my figures in hot water to remove limbs, etc.....

I know a lot of the SG1 figures had the ball joint shoulders that would come off pretty easy if you heated them up. Similar to the DST Data and Geordi shoulder joints. I think some of the BSG figures had this as well.
