Wow, that does look quite bad. The thing I find about DST though is that their customer service is really good. I also got a replacement Jadzia for the one with the non moving arm as well MOC even though all I sent back to them was the arm.

Wow, thats ugly.
And even, if you where buying it in a store, you would not have had a chance to spot this, because the figure was sitting in the chair.

yeah,
I give DST allot of slack as I feel these are mass produced... but even I have limits!
Like others have said, I feel confident that DST will correct the problem as they have done so for me in the past.
But it's just a disappointment!

So, what do all of you think the next Captain's chair sets will have?
Personally, I'm hoping for-
Sisko (Red shoulder uniform with bald head) with Defiant Chair
Picard (Gray shoulder uniform) with Ent-E chair
Janeway (probably some alternate hairstyle than her eventual carded figure) with half of the "Captain's bench"
Chakotay with other half of the "Captain's bench" (I'm sure they could find a way to make it reversible while only using one mold to make it cost effective)

I think it would be cooler and more iconic for sisko to come with his desk from his office. The Defiant chair is cool but I think it would lose something without the two side command computers/diplays.
