Doing two (sometimes more) ships a year and your bound to have a few stinkers. Still they got them out and for the time they most were way ahead of the stuff that had been made up until then.

The only low rez ships that I have that I really still love are my PM Enterprise D, because of sentimental reasons and my South Bend Enterprises because I coveted them for so many years but could never find them.

I am still collecting the Playmates and haven't moved to other lines - even though I have a few because I generally buy loose on Ebay. Cool way to buy as I am also a customizer with over 500 characters in my ST Family (Playtrek>customs>Pastor Al's Customs). To buy 260 carded singles, boom!, where is the collecting challenge?

The challenge is in finding those you did not buy with the 260 figures. (like trifold borg, tapestry picrad, nitendo sisko etc)

It was a mail-away Sisko figure you could get when you bought one of the Nintendo Trek games.

From the old Trek Toy website

This is the Playmates " Mail away Sisko". This figure earned it's name from the fact that you had to purchase a Deep Space Nine : Crossroads in Time video game and from that, you could mail in a offer to get him. Only 4000 of these were made and did not come with any accessories. It was shipped in a plain plastic bag,

First yes he is a "kit" figure built from parts much like the Redemption Data, Mailaway Janeway (from Flashback) was a Saavik figure. I could cover about half a dozen off the top of my head.

I only received my Generations attire Crusher a few months back. Opened it straight up.

Rediculous figure...but it is a Beverly, so I had to have it.

Why they didn't simply make it an S1 Crusher I will never know.

The only Playmates figure I would keep MIB would be the Tri-Fold Borg, but I doubt I'll ever own one of them.

This is my only Bev who's hair I have not attacked with red paint yet....yet.

Those figures of Dr. Crusher make her look like a drunken sorority girl.
