It has been a long journey, but I left my employment with the US Navy and am trying my hand at the civilian sector. So far one year out and doing ok.
I think things are stable again. I am way behind on my collection.

I've had a pretty tough couple of years. My partner got very sick which was pretty tough but then we had some major medical bills and a medical insurance company that wouldn't pay up. Thankfully my partner is well again and back at work but, like I said, it got pretty tough. Plus I moved jobs and we moved house a few times. Now everything has settled down and I can finally get back on the boards. Like you, my collection has suffered (I had to sell a lot to cover costs) but hopefully we can both catch up.

Wow! I'm glad to hear everything has turned for the better.
Luckily I didn't have to sell anything off (I am considering selling my still in package stuff, not as much room as I used to have).
We can only do one thing. Let the buying begin!!!
