Yeah, the nacelles are too large and the pylons are too straight for it to be the Beyond version of the JJprise.

No worries, man, thanks for making the effort regardless.

If it's the Revell model then the impulse engines will be the 2009 versions. :-)

So chatting with Moebius on twitter has revealed a couple things.

The Franklin will be the first kit they release, with the Enterprise being 3rd or 4th. They also said no finished versions, which is disappointing.

I wonder if the Kelvin will be one of the kits before the Enterprise? I'm curious what other ships they'd do before it.

Franklin's now up for pre-order here:

December, 1:350 scale, meaning it'll be around 15" long.

I'm just so disappointed over the lack of pre-built kits.

I would have bought every single one.

All I want is a good size model of the 2009 Enterprise, and I wouldn't say no to a model of the Kelvin and Franklin.

A really good look at the Franklin here in this video (again, courtesy of Tested):

It's only a 3D print (not final version), but it already looks like a superb kit. Here's hoping Moebius gets the entire Trek license one day.

Not really sure where to put this since there are Round 2 and Moebius models in this link.

https://www.thetrekc...ouncements.html

Round 2 announced their Discovery kits, which will include the Discovery, DISCOPrise, and Shenzhou at 1:2500 and 1:1000 scale.

Some new images of the 1:350 scale K'Tinga

The Grissom and BoP kit has been pushed to August.

Defiant kit was released.

And lastly, the Kelvin is Moebius's second Kelvin kit.

So many of these things are things I'd want, but have no skills to build.

The 1:1000 Discovery models are going to be huge.... The Discovery will be almost 30 inches!

Ya, that kit specifically would be amazing to have, but I'd never be able to do her justice.

I love the Discovery, and would kill for a larger model of her.

A 30 inch Discovery model is going to upset a lot of people who've asked for the D in 1/1000... lol
