Here is a current bio on her (spoilers!!) http://memory-beta.w...com/wiki/M'Ress

I purposely made her more real world based as opposed to cartoon like. Eventually Id love to do a cartoon version!

Great work there, I am guessing that you used the parts from a Tigra figure for her. She looks purrr-fect, no pun intended, ok BIG pun intended.

Tigra it was from the Avengers united line. I was going to use the head but it was way too small so I just used the hairpiece with a WWE Lita face.

Does that head look a bit like Janeway? Maybe it is the hair style, but I can't help thinking it might work, if none are released by DST.

Beauty!! I'm really digging this one! I love the way you did the arms and legs - looks like she is just bursting out of the uniform! How did you get the pieces to go together - did you use the wood putty stuff? I think I'm going to give that a try next custom I do.

On a side note - I really love what they've been doing lately w/ the Trek lit stuff - just really cool, interesting stories!

TY,
Andy

It does to me too Tiberius - definitely in the mouth area - Hey, HSBR - was it a particular version of Lita? I'm not in to the WWE stuff at all, but she might be worth looking into.

edit - b/c I can't spell...

On this one I used my favorite product of all time....gorilla glue. I basically razored the arms/legs off and then did the same to the tigra figure. To make adhesion a bit better i roughed up each edge with sandpaper and let the gorilla glue do the rest. Its all about how you get the figure to lay with gorilla glue to have it set properly.

She looks great, and is a good realistic looking interpretation. Also, it would work well for Janeway.

Great Job. I had a similar thought with Tigra, but I know I could NOT do as good as you did.

So does anyone thing this may work for the cat-like version?

Take care,

Well, I tried once. I used the Stan Winston figure, and basically shaved off the fur and armour where she wore a uniform. I also made a skirt and shortened her, trying to keep as much articulation as possible. Here is what I came up with. I have not worked on her since I first shared this picture.

I had the same idea for a Caitian character, but I used a DS9 body for her. This is not the finished version of her.

Thank you Wildcard. What you saw was an almost finished figure. This is another picture of her.

I'll try to post some more pictures this weekend.

Are you going to do something more with her hair or is this the final?

The head I used has a pony tail that I always thought was funny as it is a cheeta head. I don
