If they wanted to do a Janeway figure, wouldn't it be relatively easy to do the Admiral Janeway from the Nemesis film?

I'm assuming a modified Nemesis Troi or DS9 Ezri could work, right? Nemesis Crusher's too tall? (yes, you guys have me thinking about making a custom version, so help me out!) =)

The admirals uniform has a skirt like attachment at the bottom and a belt with a starfleet belt buckle. If they simply threw a Janeway head on one of the ladies bodies I would be happy to buy it to get a correct scaled head but the uniform would be completely wrong.

I've been thinking about the Voyager women for a while & I would also personally prefer the Troi/Ezri body.

Gathering all the Voyager men would use the Sisko body, I believe the Crusher body would be too tall.

However, going by Ogawa, DST may find the Troi body too curvy for Janeway & B'Elanna, so they'd probably use Crusher/Jadzia.

I don`t care about different "body types", If it would make the voyager line a possibility, DST could use the DS9 seasson 3 sisko and dax bodies and new head sculpts. I`d buy all male characters with a "sisko body", including neelix and all female caracters with "Dax body".

Normally I don't care so much about the bodies used for various figures, if they're too tall or short, but I really think the Troi body is too curvy for Janeway.

I'd also draw the line at Neelix on a Sisko body, I think it'd remind me too much of the early POTF2 Hasbro Star Wars figures, where they had Luke Skywalker looking line a linebacker. (Actually they had ALL the guys looking like that.)

I, for one, care about body size and height. That is why I generally prefer these figures over playmates because they arent too generic in that everyone looks the same. I was really annoyed with Alyssa and Kira. I think DST did a great job at the Nemesis line. When they are all lined up they seem to reflect the actual actors who played the characters. If they did VOY I would want them to pay attention to body size and height.

I was annoyed too about nurse Ogawa, but that did not stopped me from buying it. I say the same about VOY. If Janeway and Torres are made using DAX body, I'd buy them in a heart beat.

Many of these releases have become mini projects for me to fix.

I swapping bodies on Kira & Ogawa makes both look better IMO, but after doing it I see why DST didn't release them that way.

It required a slightly new tool, and I believe that the tooling is to most expensive aspect of making a toy, so for it to cost out they couldn't make two new lower body tools.

The cage Spock has become another mini-project.

I really don't mind the head, but that insigna has to be fixed!

id actually love a borg queen figure so if i had to get a janeway figure with it too id be ok with that.

I've never seen Voyager, so if I ever do, it's very possible I'd want figures from the show, but for now all I'd be interested in is Borg figures. If I had to buy Janeway and/or whoever to get the Borg Queen, or Seven of Nine, I'd be fine with that.
