And I'm still waiting for the latest issues in Germany (Prometheus and Tholian ship) and I didn't even receive the JJ Enterprise and the Borg Cube yet (They told me the cube is out of stock at the moment, when others received two or even three cubes lol). Does anyone have an idea when to expect the shuttles? I've been paying 1,50€ extra per issue from the start just for the shuttles, but nothing showed up yet, not even a notification when to expect them.. I am getting more and more frustrated with EM with every month that passes. Not arguing about the ships, though. They're fantastic!

Ben has been working on the shuttles recently, not sure if they have actually been finished yet. If they have been then they have only just been finished very recently. Unfortunately Eaglemoss are extremely poor at giving out information proactively so don't expect to be kept informed with what is happening with the shuttles. Ben on twitter is the best way to keep track of what is actually going on.

They have now clarified on my Facebook post that the price increase DOES NOT affect existing subscribers, just trade customers

Haven't been around for awhile, but thought I'd take some shots of the latest delivery, the Steamrunner and the D'Kyr!

First, the USS Appalachia:

And the ring ship:

(Sorry about a couple of wonky shots, I rebuilt my "studio" on my sofa, not the most level area I soon discovered!)

One thing I did notice with this batch, for the first time in about 25 issues the quality slipped. Nothing so major that I would complain, just little things, the base for Appalachia is scratched (the white mark visible in some shots), the paint on the impulse deck is slightly splattered, and the alignment on the rear pods inside the ring on the D'Kyr is misaligned. I thought nothing of it till I saw the small white slip enclosed abut the price increase. Still, very happy with these, particularly the Appalachia.

Any extra shots of these, or shots of any of the starships released anybody wants, just ask, I'm more than happy to photograph them!

Finally got an armored Voyager and love it. It's a simple ship with no logos or insignia but fits the look from the show. They did a great job.

Does anyone know if they're going to do the Runabout without the pod?

It takes next to no effort to pop it off, and looks terrific without it

Yeah Razor, there'd be no point in my opinion. Very easy to remove it, as Mars said. :)

Might as well do a massive update, since it's been over a week:

Here's the first painted sample of the 1701's plaque, which looks gorgeous. These will be offered to subscribers, but also available to buy directly from their e-store:

Whaa?  So I will have to order this myself?  Hmm.  I just found it on BBTS, they are calling it Special Edition #006.  Confusing.

I think so.

This and the mirror NX-01 will be uniquely numbered 'MU-1' and 'MU-2'.
