#96167 New Star Trek Series starring Patrick Stewart

I looked back at YouTube and it looks like the YouTubers name is Overlord DVD.

Doomcock (that's how he calls himself). He is pretty much the same as Midnight Edge. They pretend they know people and things, but their predictions are always false. People just don't bother keeping track. They make money by shouting bullshit. Don't fall for it.

That looks awesome! What a great idea! The head-sculpt is indeed very good and fits the TWOK-body well. Thanks for sharing this :)

#95718 Star Trek: Discovery. Series talk and discussion

Spoiler

I eagerly await the announcement of yet another Star Trek Show: "Star Trek: Malfunctions" in which we see the Adventures of Pike and Spock on the Enterprise, venturing in a five year mission from starship to starship, from starbase to starbase, from outpost to outpost, with the intend to single-handedly ripping out every holo projector in existence. Boldly ripping. Where no one has ripped before!

I'm rusty on DS9 events.

Were they planning to beam down Starfleet Section 31 agents to then literally execute Founders and/or anyone else with phaser blasts to the head?

The thing that everyone (including the writers) seem to get wrong about section 31 is... they are NOT part of Starfleet. Starfleet already has it's own lawful(!) intelligence service called "Starfleet intelligence". Section 31 is not even part of the federation. It's an autonomous "organization". In other words; it's just a bunch of criminals. They speak and act for the federation the same way Nero's bunch of merry miners spoke and acted for the romulan empire or the same way the Maquis spoke and acted for the federation. They have their own agenda.

Into Darkness showed pretty clearly that Kurtzman has no Idea what section 31 actually is, and he still doesn't seem to get it.

Up to 5 series now.

Wonder how many more are coming.

Don't know, but I hope they bring plenty of new fans, because this one

<-

is just tired of this gornhshit and on the verge of leaving the franchise behind.

A show about space hitler? Seriously? Jeez.

Nor does it mean that people who do embrace it are "not real fans"

Current Star Trek has 99 problems but a lack of Kirk and Spock are none of them.

#94848 McFarlane Toys Gets Entire Star Trek Licence!

Posted by Damon1984 on 16 September 2018 - 07:58 AM

Okay, I'll be that guy: Seven of Nine in her silver outfit. I think McFarlane would kill that one.

I'd also really love to see a Hirogen Hunter with helmet, breathing mask and a big fat hunter gun. One of the rare really great designs top to bottom Star Trek has to offer.

Cool. I can't wait to see what he brings to he character.

Quarrels and reconciliations with his adoptive sister.

Yay...

Ditch Hemsworth, totally unnecessary and completely forgivable to use someone else for a role we only saw briefly before the actual movie began.

I'll do you one better: ditch the whole "Kirk meets his father"-Idea. And while they are at it; ditch everyone who had this idea too -.-
