The change is coming. This type of forum is so old that it offers little protection against hacking. This version was put up in 2006. Can you believe it? I don't have a time table for it, but it's soon.
We are going to lose the TOS skin that I spent hours and hours making.
There are a few of you here that are also members of the forum at The Trek Prop Zone, same version.

Will the data base and galleries and such all migrate over? Or will we all have to "re-up" when the change happens?

That requires a lot of time. I have found it interesting in my short time here to notice the TrekToy forum is devoid of advertising.
That requires even more resources.
Wish you luck FHC on whatever you plan. Change is part of the game unfortunately with boards.
Those without moderation are ruined by flames, spam and flooding.
Good Luck. Invision Powered boards are tough to work with ...I've been on another for over 12 years that has kept advertising out...
Yet the troll proof board still has yet to be invented by anybody.

Which reminds me will the pictures we uploaded so far carry over? I'm just curious because as everyone has seen I have been prolific in my picture uploads. If not it's okay. I have the pics backed up to my facebook profile.

Looks like things are back up!
Interestingly enough all my avatar picts wouldn't work at first, but then I found the "Size" option and once I set teh size they seemed to display.
Allthough, my animated gifs don't seem to animate in the forum, so seems I will haveto play around some more, unless animated gifs are out now?

There is always more that needs done. No upgrade of this size is going to come without work by the owner to get the details working. Tech "support" only does so much. I already have most of the weekend in this. I'll get to the little things as soon as I can. Just remembe that I work 13 hour days and have the fundraiser for autism going at the moment as well.
On the bright side, I expect the forum to be around for awhile.
