According to this article, Voyager was supposed to start on Spike TV this Wednesday. But I've done a search on Spike and elsewhere and it doesn't seem to be happening. I guess it got pushed back.

Enterprise is suppsed to start on Sci-Fi in January. Let's hope that happens as scheduled and leads to a resurgence of fan support for the series. At the very least, that might open the door to standard uniform Hoshi and Phlox figures to complete the standard figure assortment.

ETA: Spike TV will kick off Voyager with a week long marathon the week of December 18. It runs all week, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern time.

I'm not sure if anyone has see this yet, but Spike TV has announced they are kicking off Voyager next week with a week long marathon of the best episodes. It starts Monday at 9 AM Eastern time.

See now this was a show I enjoyed. While I was one of those strange one's that enjoyed the first few seasons(before 7 of 9). I really didn't see the sense in the direction the show took, but I did enjoy the end results. Thanks for the heads up K1, I'll try not to miss it.

Voyager I would take the time to watch, Enterprise on the other hand I doubt seriously if I would be interested in watching it again.

The show never caught on with me, Scott never made it as Capt to me and that whiny T'pol was a total bore as a Vulcan, I think the show should have vanished at the end of the second season even though I was one of the SaveEnterprise Crew that aided in it's return.... dry.gif

Mark that is one evil I will not be likely to forgive you getting me involved in... roflmao.gif

Great news. I will be setting my DVR to record them all. This is one of the shows that me and my wife enjoy watching together.

I already have all 4 seasons of ENT, Voyager on the other hand I have not seen since it signed off.

I hope they won't only show them in the day, because I work and the wife TIVO's her soaps then.

DS9 has never gotten the prime time treatment and there are some I havn't seen since they came on Spike.

Is this marathon kicking of Voyager being on Spike for awhile or is it just a one time deal? Will Voyager be aired dailey like DS9 and TNG after the marathon? I would really like to watch them all from start to finish.

It should start coming on daily just like TNG and DS9. I think it will be after Christmas or even after New Year's, though. I haven't seen or heard anything about the daily schedule for it yet.

I just saw a commercial on Sci-fi last night for Enterprise starting in January. I am looking forward to watching both Voyager and Enterprise. It looks like we will now have all generations of Trek on cable in some form.

TOS and TNG and G4
TNG, DS9, VOY on Spike
Enterprise on SCi-Fi

It would be great if they could all be on one channel one day.

I would rather just watch them on DVD myself. At least then you can watch them in order, without commercial interuption, no butchering the episode for added commercials, watch it at your own leisure, pause it for bathroom and food breaks. In my area, to get spike and scufi channel, it would cost me about 50 dollars more on my cable bill to get them, so i would rather save that money and buy the DVD's.

That's the way I've been going too VF... at $50 a month you can def get a different season set each mo. I just won an auction for all 7 seasons of Voyager for $231, which works out to be about $33 per season.

Thus far I've got just about every set but the Enterprise sets. I really enjoy just popping them in and watching them whenever you please!

I own all the seasons of Voyager on DVD and I will still watch them on TV if I see 'em. Thanks for the heads up.

I am actually pretty glad that they are showing these. I have yet to buy any of the shows on DVD because for the longest time they have been so expensive and I knew that they would eventualy show up on cable somewhere. I am sure I will break down one day and buy them all but for now Spike is my friend.

I can definately see some folks point on getting these on dvd and watching them that way. But I have most of the Family Guy series on dvd and I still feel compelled to watch it everytime it's on Adult Swim laugh.gif While I have invested in TOS dvd's, I haven't picked up any of the other series yet. I'm hoping with the new year, that the prices will drop to a even lower amount. For whatever reason Voyager and Enterprise are still carrying a hefty pricetag. So until those prices drop, I'll catch them when I can on cable wink.gif

I am very disappointed with SpikeTVs treatment of Voyager. I had heard you guys describe how TOS and TNG are butchered because of the new time restrictions of advertisements. Well, I have watched the Voyager episodes so many times, that I am actually catching it myself now. Its ridiculous how much they chop out.

It is really sad how much is chopped out to make room for ads. New Network shows such as those on NBC seem to be more ads than show now, guess thats why i prefer DVD sets now to regular tv. Shows that i dont care enough about to own on dvd are fine to view on tv, but i dont watch them that much.
