She's a big looking kit. I like the stand it has, and wasn't expecting the nacelles to light up.

I wonder what it will retail for?

I think I heard around £150/£160 UK pounds so I'd imagine it'll be over the $200 mark

Well I got the transporter room and it's awesome!!!! I highly recommend everyone picking these up, seriously guys, this set is fantastic. It captures the style of TOS so so well.

You can also buy the Klingon Battlecruiser on Amazon US as well.

Glad you have the Transporter set too 1701D! I love mine as well. I can't wait for the classic bridge set. Seriously hoping for TNG sets as well as maybe a few sets from the Abrams universe. I can't get enough of the Megabloks mini-figures! I really hope they go all out and get a wide array of characters out.

I'm not seeing it on amazon, do you have a link?

Nevermind, found it.

http://www.amazon.co... blocks klingon

I'm tempted to get one, it's pretty nice looking, especially that stand.

I've pre-ordered the Klingon Battlecruiser and I've just reviewed the transporter room set. Really impressed by that set so I have high hopes for the rest!

Ordered the D7, it should be getting here later this week. I'm considering doing a review of it, and will definitely post pictures and my thoughts on it here.

Got it today.

It went together much better than any of the KREO garbage we got, and was much more enjoyable. Very pleased with it, and very happy that all the blocks were printed versus stickers.

Looks great!! I have both on order and should get them next week. It'll be interesting to see if they wait awhile before releasing the rest. I hope they continue with these and not drop the line like everyone else usually does.

Me too, this is a really great set.

I'm also hoping at some point they do a smaller scale of the Enterprise to go along with the D7. The big one is cool looking, but I don't know if I can justify $250 for one.

I like the ships but the playsets are what I hope they keep doing. Sickbay, Kirk's quarters with the M-113 Salt Creature, K-7 space station (Kirk by grain bins with Tribbles), Romulan ship with Mark Leonard Romulan figure and Talos IV scene with Pike, Vina and Talosian!!

I know just dreaming but those would be cool!!

There's a huge amount of potential to this line looking further ahead moving it into TNG and possibly the new movies. Certainly there are more sets they could do in the TOS universe though. I would love for them to continue on with the big collector sets and give us a 1701 Refit Enterprise and the Enterprise D

The transporter set is tempting...but I am resisting.  $40 is a lot for a set of such simple pieces.  Let's be honest here, these aren't LEGO quality bricks, though the figures are cooler than LEGO.  Anything TNG would of course be a must...for the minis alone.

Saving my Mega Bloks money for the incredible previewed TMNT collector sets!

Over the years I have purchased very many Lego sets and in recent years I have also got several Megabloks sets. I honestly do not see Megabloks as inferior to Lego sets now. I would definately be forced to agree if we were talking about Hasbro's Kreo sets but Megabloks has definately upped their game in recent years. Call of Duty and Halo alone had me by the wallet, but Star Trek? Where do I sign my check over? I hope they will have an option for people only interested in the mini-figures to acquire those as well.

I just hope that we get what they have shown and more. I'm tired of companies showing all kinds of Trek and then we get nothing. My sets come tomorrow so I can't wait to see these in person!!

It all depends on how well these sets sell. Clearly megabloks are keen to continue their Star Trek line and from the transporter room set I have it's clear that they have a team of very passionate designers working on this line. The Kubros Spock turned up the other day and I have the Klingon battleship on order. Plus from the looks of thingson MBs Twitter, it's likely that the bridge set is being launched this Friday!!!!
