Now, I have never considered myself a dumb person but...
How the heck are these chairs supposed to fit into these slots? I actually opened up the bottom and looked to see if they were in upside down because they just don't seem like they can fit in there. Maybe you have to really force it in...
Anyone who has the bridge.... did they look like this?
The Captain's chair went in fine but it's attached differently.

I have the Transporter, and Scotty's chair went in the same way. I never looked that closely at the bottom, but I had to really give it a good shove before it snapped in.

You have to push them in pretty hard. It took some doing to get mine in and I thought they were going to break but they eventually went in fine. You may want to start at a slight angle and then press them into position.

I think I can safely say that my Bridge came with the wrong parts. I have the Transporter too and the chair went into it like a breeze and looked significantly different on the bottom. With such a specific-shaped peg I'd expect a similarly shaped hole. Or with that hole I'd expect a different-shaped peg. No amount of forcing was making it go in. So I took it back and exchanged it at Target. Just to be sure I opened the chair up on the new box... and it's the same.
Judging by the hole on the bottom and the way the the chairs are screwed together on the chairs that came with the figures... I'm thinking that the factory confused the chair tops on the ones that came with the figures and the ones that came with the play set and put the wrong ones in the box. So I just got my money back. It makes sense both were wrong as they were probably the same batch.

That's quite possible. I'll make sure to keep on the lookout for the same problem - I'll probably try to buy one at Wal-Mart or Toys 'R Us, just to hopefully get one from a different batch.

Well, I found one at TRU and it has the right chairs in it! Whooo! But yeah, it'll be good in case someone else has the problem to know they're not going crazy.

Yeah, that looked really odd to me. I was about to take mine apart until I saw you actually picked up a new set. I think it's a nice playset! As disappointed as I was with the quality of the figures, the bridge more than makes up for it.

Hmm....saw 1 at TRU last night but passed since it was a couple bucks more than at Target. Went to Target and got the last they had, didn't open it up yet tho so I wonder if it'll be the same thing.

Saw these at Walmart in Canada and they don't even come with the bridge and transporter room pieces! None of them have it and the packaging looks very empty because of this.

I wonder what playmates was thinking, If the canadian figures dont include the bridge and transporter pieces, and they dont come with the canadian bridge and transporter, how are you suppose to complete your playsets? sheesh.....

The only thing I can think of as far as a reason they didn't include the Bridge pieces was that Star Trek hasn't been as successful outside of the US recently. So maybe the toys will be a hit here and not elsewhere. If they can't guarantee the second wave getting to other countries then they don't want to advertise completing the Bridge through getting the second wave. Who knows if that's it though. I really hope the pieces come with the Bridge though for international fans...
