So....yeah this topic went way off somewhere...

What does this even mean, especially in a forum where only around ten people regularly post?

It means the topic went off somewhere on a tangent like they usually do.

Is anyone going to SDCC? And going for the Cloaked BoP? Cuz I need one.

I think they meant more along the lines of why does it matter on a forum that is on the brink of being completely dead?

I dont even think it was a tangent. This new ship is potentially going to be announced at SDCC. Where else would you want it discussed?

If and when it is announced, it deserves its own thread, but until then why not speculate in the thread about the event where it may be shown?

Are we ignoring Kelvin Kirk and Spock?

That is huge news, and means the Kelvin Enterprise could be a possibility.

The C doesnt fit the whole a ship thats a variant of itself does it? I mean, they could do multiple variants, but I dont see how it could count as two ships.

Still excited to see how it turns out.

I saved a couple images to an Imgur album just in case:

Damn she looks great!  She also looks fairly sizable too.  Any new pics of the Reliant yet?

I dont think they were bringing the Reliant, and if she was there wed probably have seen her in that album.

Im hoping its around the same size as the AMT model. It fits in damn well with the D and E size wise.

LOVE the C!!!! That’s so great! Always wanted that model to show up more in TNG and DS9.

An actual TNG-era ship! Looks great, would love it to be in scale with the D and E as well. :)

One of the biggest surprises for me was the Select Into Darkness figures. I like them. I said if they ever made figures from Abrams Trek I would buy them, and as much as DST irks me I plan to get them. It's also surprising that the sign says December of 2018 release for them. The Borg figure looks pretty good but it's sign says winter 2019 lol. Wtf? Lol

Its only been around for a couple years. I dont know what the hell is taking it so long to release.

Ill certainly be picking up the two Kelvin figures. And the C since its my favorite Enterprise.

Ok, thats a nice surprise. In spite of the rather tepid overall story of S1 DISCO, Michelle rocked... but I think they need to decide on full hair sculpt or rooted ... the mix and match doesn't work for me.

They really just need to go with sculpted. Rooted hair is hard to do even by the veterans of this hobby. The old Khan prototype looks horrible because of that hair. The sculpt is on point but that hair.... captain Georiou will definitely be on my shelf with the rest of the qmx figures I have.

I also prefer sculpted hair. Its very rare I see a figure with rooted hair that I actually like.
