If the saucer is clean without panel lines, then it's the current run. If it comes with panel lines, they are previous runs.

So I bit the bullet and ordered one of these improved 1701 refits from Amazon. However, I am 99% sure they sent me the 2013 version and not the latest run. The paint apps look cleaner, but there's still terrible lightbleed on the impulse deck and the gridlines are still painted dark. I paid almost $70 bucks per shipping. I guess I can return it but how can I guarantee that I'm getting the 2014 and not the 2013 run? Is there a stock or model # I can use for reference?

I ordered mine from Big Bad Toy Store. Has anyone gotten the latest 2014 refit from them? I'm a bit concerned about getting a previous run.
