Sorry about the confusion, guys. I always get "Where No Man Has Gone Before" and "The Cage" Spock confused...I just know he looks different in those two episodes compared to his standard look in subsequent episodes. I just really like that custom because I think the eyebrows and uniform look really natural.

I just got McCoy but he has a black collar smudge on his neck. How can I remove it??

Looks like the "Cage" Spock has disappeared from TRU.com completely. Perhaps he will show up again, but who knows. Hopefully everyone who wanted one got it already. The Khaaann Kirk never came back after it sold out. Wonder what kind of a quantity TRU orders of these exclusive figures because they sure dont seem to last very long on the website, or at the store.

So, from the promo/stock photos and from the photo above of a real one, I see his shirt really must be designed to stick way out like that on his left side. I thought maybe that was just an effect of being tied into the package too tightly, but since the DST-supplied stock photos show it that way as well it seems to be intentional (or if not intentional, at least "by design")... So... what's up with that?

It depends on how you position the ball joint on the torso...if it's positioned right, you can get it to look pretty good.

I went to Toys R Us today and the had all 3 - 1 McCoy, 2 Cage Spocks & 6 Dress Kirks. I picked up Spock and I love him. I also like the paint apps on the rereleases as well. I am seriously considering buying them all. McCoy comes with 1 extra right hand and 1 extra left, which can hold the TriCorder or communicator. the original release only had an extra right hand.

Found Hybrid Spock today, unfortunately all they had were of the crushed bubble variety. Oh well. They also had a Kirk and 4 Spocks from wave 1, so I thought I'd finally get around to picking them up and was horrified to find that 2 of the Spocks had been stapled back onto the cards, a 3rd was taped back up using packing tape, then the 4th was taped up with scotch tape! Pure insanity. Fortunately the lone Kirk was in decent condition, just a bit of wear on the peg hook.

I didn't get to check last week, but two weeks ago there were several Cage Spocks available. I'll be hitting TRU and FYE on Tues, if anyone still needs help getting one...
