Now go for: "Koloth, Koloth, Koloth!" ... wink.gif

LoT

I second that! Actually, how about a Koloth/Arne Darvin 2-pack!

Did DST even announce a Kang figure? I don't recall anything about this.

I'm not excited for the Mirror, Mirror re-releases. I wasn't interested in the line before and I can't afford to be interested in it now.

If they hadn't included Marlena I wouldn't have been interested in the line, but she really rounded out the set & I'm glad I bought them.

I heard about the Kang a while back when someone posted a pic of the figure they found on a website somewhere, so i am not surprised by the figure and i am glad to see it, we just need a Koloth now. Seems like Koloths uniform was a little different though wasnt it? As far as the Mirror figures though, i am glad i have the whole set, but if not i dont know if i would want to start out buying them now not knowing if all of them, including the Scotty and Marlena would ever be rereleased. These two were limited issues before and go for a bit more than i would want to pay now.

I can't see them offering the rest of the Mirror crew to TRU, since they were previously exclusives with other retailers. They would have to be changed up, I think. Which is fine, as I think it'd be a bit of a slap in the face for those that still have stock left. Actually seems a bit ridiculous to release a carded version of Mirror Kirk since they have the Command Chair version planned.

Great pic of the MM figures, Artistix! They really look good as a set. Hopefully if Kirk and Spock sell well we may see reissues of the rest of the MM cast. Though it seems like McCoy, Sulu, and Chekov aren't that hard to find, at least not last time I looked. Then again, that's mostly on the secondary market or the various online shops. I'm sure it's been ages since MM figures were on many local store pegs (unless somebody's still got that Kirk collecting dust in their comic shop...) MM's always been a popular episode, too, so I can see these doing well.

Thanks to everyone for the info about Kang; I'm a little shaky on my TOS Klingons and he looked like another rerelease to me. Glad to hear it's a whole new figure (well, head sculpt anyway.)

I thought that was the Mego-style Kang that we saw pics of earlier on? I think this is the first time we are seeing a regular figure of him...

Depending on where you live, Play.com has it for pre-order:-

Your right, it was a mego style Kang.... wonder when DST is going to announce more retro mego figures? Its kind of funny that we have so much coming out that we cant keep it straight, because at one time we seemed to have years between getting anything.

So, it looks like DST didn't really advertise this then since no one seemed to be aware of it.

Huh! When I saw that on play.com I just assumed it would be for the Mego style figure. But reading the description it definately implies that it's gonna be the new figure on the TRU website. Excellent, now I dont have to pay extortionate overseas shipping from ebay!

Thanks but Play.com is Europe only though, doesn't look like they ship worldwide. I wonder if Rick will have any?

Would be nice if we could get this stuff in Canada too...I just checked toysrus.com and it doesn't look like they ship to here. The only star trek item they have on the Canadian TRU website is the death of spock 2-pack...makes me sad.

Yeah, I haven't seen any other mention of it aside from on here. Truly ridiculous as they really should be promoting the hell out this, considering it's not as though we have to wait on their pre-order quota to be filled to get them.

Well, as LoT knows, I always order at least an extra when I place a TRU order... simply because it cost the same to ship to me, so I'm always happy to help out someone overseas, but my goodness! Intl Shipping has become expensive!

I sent LoT his Cage Spock in one of those white mailers, and it was still about $10!

I'll do my best to snag what I can for overseas folks when these hit... I just hope he's not a one-per-case figure!
