Wow, I see $165 spent! Thanks for posting this! I can't wait for more Ghostbusters. And that Adora will be sold out in minutes.

So have they moved the Batman Movie Masters line to online only? I really like these figures, but it's sad that I'll have to pay $20 now..

It would seem that way. Paying $20 is crazy, but I am glad such a nice line is continuing.

Here are the 2010 releases as they stand at the moment:

January 15:

MOTUC Adora - subscription
MOTUC Battle Armor He-Man

February 16:

MOTUC Trap-Jaw
MOTUC Battle Cat
MOTUC Battle Stands

March 15:

MOTUC Moss Man
MOTUC Wun-Dar - subscription
Ghostbusters Walter Peck with containment Unit

April 15:

Ghostbusters 12" Peter Venkman

May 17:

Ghostbusters Slimed Venkman

July 15:

Ghostbusters 12" Winston Zeddemore

Wow. The Adora figure is awesome. I SO can't afford the MOTU stuff...but it looks really cool.

Sure wish DST could take a cue from those guys. (Wink Wink)

Just wanted to give a bump for the Ghostbusters releases today! I can only afford the little guys, but I can't wait for Egon to have his partner in crime with him on the shelf! I just wish they'd release them quicker.. it'll take forever to get a good cast going!

I do have a question on the Teela (really, on any of the "subscription" figures). Does that mean that the only way to get her is by subscribing to their thing? If you are a subscriber, can you order more than one? (I'm just prepping for the possibility of begging for Adora wink.gif )

(as an edit regarding Ray: I'm not sure I see the point in the "ghost logo".. it may have been cooler if it were the sign for the firehouse)

No, you don't have to subscribe to get her. You can pick one up just like every other figure. If you are a subscriber and you want more than one though, you actually have to pay separate shipping...which kinda stinks. I bought the subscription before they announced bonus figures would be happening. So now I have to go online anyway for Zodak and pay a separate shipping charge just for him since you can't combine stuff into your subscription.

The only figure that is only available to subscribers is next year's Wun-Dar. Everything else can be ordered like normal. Hope that helps...and good luck today!

Thanks Sallah! I'll be "in line" for a Joker today as well.

I did just notice these on the list up top:
"Flying Stands for 6″ Mattel figures $15.00 (3 stands)"

I'm curious as to what they'll be.. Kinda costly though.

Well, if you're getting stuff from multiple lines, use this page:

http://www.mattycoll...erID.3198617709

It's got everything on one page, so all you have to do is put in quantities and add them to your cart instead of going to each item's page...

Wow, you're like the Matty guru. wink.gif

They really need to upgrade their servers, since I ran into the "high volume traffic" message last time around. I seem to recall waiting almost a half hour too. *sigh*

I am using Firefox as well. If you are using Internet Explorer it probably will take longer. Just hang in there. wink.gif

Thankfully I have entered a group order on an Aussie forum for MattyCollector goods, so all I have to do is make sure I get my money to a guy before the 15th of each month & he does all the work.

He's also happy for me to pay the order off over a few weeks beforehand...which really helps when my October items alone were upwards of $200AU.

Can't wait till Teela arrives to break up the MOTUC boys club! biggrin.gif

Well, thankfully my order did get through eventually. wink.gif I got my Ray in the mail today, and I'm wondering why they changed the packaging. Egon was resealable, Ray isn't.. just something I found a little odd. I think I liked the resealable packaging (I don't believe I've seen them myself, though I know they've been on other figures).

They only did the resealable pack for the comic con exclusive I believe.

What I don't get is if these are sold as adult collectibles and not sold in stores, why do they need to have all the twist ties and plastic that make it so difficult to open. It took me probably 15 minutes to carefully unpack my 12" Ray, thankfully nothing broke in the process.

i dont think its as much for theft prevention as it is for keeping the figures situated perfectly for moc collectors.
