I got the stocks painted and the polls that run out to them as well.
After they dried I put one of the Rifles together
Then I did the other one
Now it's just a matter of getting the little pieces attached. Won't be long now!

If I can, for bigger pieces, I like to remove some of the paint so that I get a resin to resin bond
Some parts on
Some more parts on.
It sure can be tough to wait for the JB Weld to dry so I can work on the other side.

Hey are you going to be painting the purple and orange bits, or leave them like that, The pattern doesnt quite match what I would expect it to be, perhaps some adjustment is required.
Just kidding, nice job. It looks amazing, well after the clips are taken off...
