I had several TOS figures with Odd sized legs but luckily have not had that problem with TNG yet. MY TOS Spock was the worst.

Yes, I've gotten a few Worfs to do customs with and the legs are shorter on most of them. I think this was done so Worf could have the Michael Dorn stance of one leg out infront of him way that he stood.

I haven't noticed a significant difference on any of my TNG buys. The only one that was grossly over-sized was my Tapestry Picard and it was bad.

I've got a Nemesis Worf and I have no problems to report. None that I've noticed anyway...
