yes sir. 1/35 scale it is for now. I have a mix called hydro span after you poor it in your mold and it sets you just have to put it in water and it will expand. then repeat till you get the size you are looking for. that's what I used to make the duras sisters heads.

Are you planning to make the burial robes to go with the Spock? Maybe you can make those gross looking huge worms that were around the photon torpedo on the genesis planet for your Klingon figures to fight with, lol.

I have seen hydrospan, or something like it recently. Sounds like a great idea. If I am not mistaken, there is an opposite to the product as well, and it shrinks castings, or am I making stuff up?
What scale does it expand to, double, almost double...

For some reason, I read about hydrospan in another forum today. the oposite was hydrospan 300, while hydrospan 100 was the expander. Now the person who used it stated that it would not be good for heads or bodies, as it makes a hollow cast and should be recast in resin. The post I am refering to made a CO Dr. Who head into a Mego sized head. It looked good, but someone else suggested recasting to ensure it remains usable. More info would be encouraged. Thanks Worf.

no man I need to get some casting materials first. I am kind of tight on cash right now so I have not done it yet that's what's holding me up on the jumper, I need rubber and resin. but just as soon as I can..

I don't know if this would help for the playmates figures, but you can find sunglass or eye glass cases in similar shape in black if you are looking to make one yourself. I have one, had to take off the batman emblem, but it fits the figures great.
