I don't know if anyone else here is a G.I.Joe fan but they are what got me started collecting figures in the first palce. I have always been a big fan of the 3 3/4" figures and still have many of the originals. Well I have found out that for the 25th anniversary there are going to be 25 3 3/4" figures released with all new sculpts and more articulation than ever before. TNI has bee posting a new pic every day. So far we have Stormshadow (who is my favorite character of all time) and Duke. These figures look great. They are definately worth adding to any Joe collection. You can check out the pics here: G.I.Joe

For me it was Stalker, as he was a ex Ranger. Unfortunately, I would have someone repaint him back in the day because I'm a white guy tongue.gif

This is cool news. I am very tempted to pick these up, but will have to see. I love Stormshadow too JMW. The ninja figures were always my favorites ... oh and that guy that changed colors in the sun. I can't remember his name.

-EDIT-

Zartan was his name. I loved that figure!

We have seen pics of:

The Baroness
Cobra Commander
Cobra trooper
Destro
Duke
Gung Ho
Roadblock
Scarlett
Snake Eyes
Stormshadow

Though the links to most pics were taken down.

I really hope Lady Jaye gets a good figure this time around, something to rival the awesomeness of Covergirl.

I'll be picking these up.

The Scarlett sculpt is my favorite so far. She's so close to the way she was portrayed in the cartoon. The Baroness looks outstanding too. Heck, they all look awesome! biggrin.gif

I was never interested in G.I.Joe as a kid.

It wasn't until a few years ago I noticed the figures were becoming much nicer. I bought them for a while...then stopped. But I'll be starting up again with this 25th Anniversary line.

I am so stoked we are getting a decent looking Cobra Commander!!! I remember the original figure had such a weird mask in the front... like it as hiding a really long nose! This one looks AWESOME! "Cobra! Retreat! RETREAT!"

I got a response from Hasbro and they said that these wont be online and specialty shop only an that we should be able to get these at places like Toysrus, Target, Walmart.

I saw this on Fwoosh:

If you look at the back of the carded snake eyes figure on TNI it shows you the shadows of the remaining figures that will be made.

1. Beachhead
2. Lady Jaye
3. Buzzer
4. Serpentor
5. Cobra Soldier
6. Firefly
7. dunno...looks to be holding a bow though?
8. Stalker
9. Shipwreck
10. Zartan
